Offrande Zanzala has joined Vanarama National League side Chester on a one-month youth loan deal.

The 20-year-old is now in line to make his debut for the Blues against John Eustace’s Kidderminster Harriers at Aggborough in the Fourth Qualifying Round of the Emirates FA Cup today.

Since recovering from an ACL injury, Zanzala has been a regular face in Darren Wassall’s Under-23s squad this campaign and has scored three goals, including a notable winner in their Premier League 2 Division 1 clash with Manchester United last month.

The move to Chester is the forward’s second career loan spell after he linked up with Stevenage during the second half of the 2015/16 season.

He becomes the latest young Derby player to head out on loan, following Timi Max Elsnik, Kellan Gordon, Henrich Ravas, Matthew Taylor and Farrend Rawson in heading out to gain further senior experience.
