There’s plenty going on at Pride Park Stadium before kick-off on a matchday to keep everyone entertained!

The DCFCMegastore, which is the hub of Derby County’s retail operations, is located at the North East corner of the stadium and remains open right up until kick-off.

This stocks a wide range of Derby County items ranging from replica kits to accessories and gift items.

Rammie and Ewie's Activity Zone

In 2022/23, we introduced a new free fan engagement initiative, designed with families in mind, labelled as Rammie and Ewie’s Activity Zone. The Family Fun Zone gives families an interactive and enjoyable safe space to take their Rams Youngsters and keep them entertained before the game. Rammie and Ewie’s Activity Zone is hosted in Harrison’s Hub, which is in the North West Corner of Pride Park Stadium.

Our Rams Youngsters can take part in a number of exciting, family-friendly activities ahead of kick-off. We have colouring and crafts competitions where a lucky Rams fan can win exclusive prizes, face-painting*, a video-games nook, foosball, ping-pong table, games, meet and greet opportunities with Club Mascots Rammie and Ewie, and the Pride Park Tuck Shop (small change required).

The Family Fun Zone is open from 1.30pm until 2.45pm for a 3pm kick-off and is closed for mid-week home fixtures, unless one of our home league games which fall on a Saturday moves to a mid-week fixture, due to circumstances beyond our control.

Safeguarding

Green wristbands, which we have introduced for the 23/24 season to help keep children safe, will be available free of charge from Rammie & Ewie’s Activity Zone located in Harrison’s Hub . Staff will be offering parents/guardians the opportunity to receive a green wristband that your child can wear.

Parents/guardians can write their contact details, stand, and seat number, on the wristband, and if your child was to become separated from you or felt unsafe, they could approach a steward or member of staff and show their wristband. The steward or staff member will then duly contact parents/guardians.

Food and Drink in the stadium

Food and drink is available from the in-stadium concourses from when the turnstiles open for supporters to enjoy ahead of kick-off and at half-time.

The turnstiles to enter the stadium open an hour and a half before kick-off. Derby County operates a scanning system to allow access to the stadium where the barcode of the ticket is scanned to gain entry.

It's easy to use, demonstrated in the three-step guide below...

Once inside the stadium there are plenty of activities, matchday competitions and entertainment on the pitch, but please note this is entirely dependent on any restrictions that may impact on our ability to host such activities.

Please Note: Derby County's Pride Park Stadium is a CASHLESS venue.

The main event is the big game, but the club strives to produce an enjoyable experience to all supporters right the way through the day.
