The dates for the 2019 Summer Transfer Window have been confirmed.

The EFL have confirmed there will be a split approach for clubs in the Sky Bet Championship and those in League One and League Two.

The deadline for Championship clubs for all incoming permanent and loan registrations will close at 5pm on Thursday 8th August 2019.

This is the second year in succession that the Transfer Window has closed before the start of the Premier League campaign.

Last season, Derby County signed attacking midfielder Duane Holmes from Scunthorpe United for an undisclosed fee in the final hours of the Window.

Meanwhile, the Summer Transfer Window for League One and League Two clubs will close at 5pm on Monday 2nd September 2019.
