Ikechi Anya and Chris Martin both featured as five minutes of last-gasp drama saw England fight back to secure a 2-2 draw with Scotland at Hampden Park on Saturday.

The former started for the Tartan Army and produced a solid performance in the right-wing back position, before he was replaced by the latter in the FIFA World Cup qualifying meeting with the Three Lions.

Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain stepped off the substitutes bench to open the scoring 20 minutes from time for Gareth Southgate’s men, but Leigh Griffiths scored two near identical free kicks to edge the hosts in front on 90 minutes.

Harry Kane, however, popped up with an added-time equaliser to deny Scotland their first win over England since 1999

The appearances saw Anya and Martin collect their 27th and 13th caps respectively.

The Rams pair will not be in international action until September at least now when Scotland resume their FIFA World Cup qualifying campaign with two crucial games against Lithuania and Malta.

Three more Derby County players could be in action on Sunday when Republic of Ireland face Austria at the Aviva Stadium.

A full preview will be available across dcfc.co.uk tomorrow morning.
