Derby County would like to provide an update to those supporters entitled to a Rams Squad pack for the 2017/18 season.
Unfortunately, due to a supply issue with the new Rams Squad packs, these will not arrive in time for the first home game of the season against Wolverhampton Wanderers on Saturday 12th August.
Along with the supplier, the club will endeavour to get Rams Squad packs delivered to supporters as soon as possible.
The club will contact supporters affected by the delay via email, as long as their address is registered with the club, this week to provide an update.
Rams Squad memberships are open to all young Rams fans aged between 0-12 years.
Any Rams Squad members’ birthdays that fall within the affected time period will still receive a birthday card, which is part of the membership packages for this season.
Membership to the Rams squad is split into three different age tiers; The Dribblers (0-4 years), The Keepers (5-9 years) and The Strikers (10-12 years).
Each membership comes with a range of goodies including a free gift and the opportunity to become matchday mascot.
