Derby County are back at Pride Park Stadium this evening for what will be their only pre-season home fixture in the lead-up to the 2019/20 Sky Bet Championship season against Spanish outfit Girona (7:45pm kick-off).

The match will allow supporters a chance to see Phillip Cocu’s side in action on home turf before the start of the new Championship campaign kicks off next month with a trip to Huddersfield Town on Monday 5th August.

Derby are also offering supporters aged between two and 12 years of age the chance to attend the game FREE of charge *, so what better way to start the summer holidays with a night under the lights at Pride Park Stadium!


The Rams will also reveal their new third kit this evening and the players will wear the kit for the clash with the Segunda División side.

Girona were relegated from the Spanish top-flight last season, alongside Rayo Vallecano and Huesca, after finishing in 18th place and four points adrift of safety and they will be looking to return to La Liga at the first time of asking under new manager Juan Carlos Unzué
