Derby County’s Head Coach Paul Warne was the special guest on the Official EFL Podcast this week.

Warne was appointed as the Rams’ boss last week after he elected to leave Championship side Rotherham United to take over at Pride Park Stadium.

The 49-year-old spoke to podcast host Mark Clemmit to explain how leaving Rotherham after so long at the club was one of the hardest decisions he's ever had to make, but how he simply could not turn down the chance to manage a club the size of Derby.

Also casting his insightful eyes on all the week's big news from the EFL alongside Clemmit is former Rams boss Phil Brown.
