Derby County’s Away Ticket Membership packages for the 2023/24 season are on sale.
The Away Ticket Membership will once again be managed by the club and offers supporters who follow Derby away from home on a regular basis priority access for away league match tickets.
Priority ‘Windows’ Following Each Away Ticket On-Sale Announcement
1. Away Ticket Members who attended 15 or more Away League Matches during the 2022/23 season.
2. Away Ticket Members who attended 10 or more Away League Matches during the 2022/23 season.
3. Away Ticket Members who attended 5 or more Away League Matches during the 2022/23 season.
4. Remaining Away Ticket Members.
5. 2023/24 Season Ticket Holders.
6. General Sale.
Important: 2022/23 season attendance is only registered for away league match tickets purchased from the Derby County Ticket Office. Only one ticket issued per Fan ID. Tickets are always subject to availability.
2023/24 Season Away Ticket Membership Pricing
£5 - Infant (Age 2-5)
£10 - Child (Age 6-12)
£20 - Junior (Age 13-17)
£30 - Young Adult (Age 18-21) & Senior (Age 65+)
£40 - Adult (Age 22-64)
Proof of age may be requested for age-related concession membership. Infants, Children and Juniors Age 2-15 must be accompanied at away matches by a Parent or Guardian (Age 18+).
The age bands are calculated based on the age of the supporter on 1st August 2023.
How To Buy
Online (subject to £1 per Membership Booking Fee)
Visit dcfc.co.uk and click ‘TICKETS’ then, under the ‘TICKETS’ section, click ‘MEMBERSHIPS’. Use your Fan ID and password to log into the system. If there’s an issue, click the ‘forgot password’ link on the login page, dcfc.co.uk/customer/login. If the issue persists, email Ticket.Office@dcfc.co.uk.
Phone (subject to £1 per Membership Booking Fee)
Call 0871 472 1884 * between 10am-4pm from Monday to Saturday and select Option 1. Ensure your contact details are readily available including Fan ID, Full Name, Full Address and Date of Birth.
* 0871 numbers are charged at 13p per minute plus your phone company’s access charge.
In Person (No Booking Fee)
The Derby County Ticket Office, presented by Seat Geek, is open between 10am-4pm from Monday to Saturday and at least THREE hours before kick-off and up to half-time on home matchdays.

No cash/cheque payments are accepted. Derby County accepts most major Debit and Credit Cards, except American Express.
